It appears that foreman-tail already grabs some smart-proxy related logs; however, I am guessing that the services Katello adds via a Capsule (e.g. Pulp) aren't being collected on the Capsule or server if one were to run foreman-tail. What we probably need to do is confirm whether foreman-tail can be added to (similar to how we can add items to foreman-debug) and if not first update it to allow that and then create our updates to be deployed and tail the additional logs.
