Custom product Delta RPMS extra directory found in content path
Description
Was testing out delta RPMS with a custom product and was seeing a 404 error:
https://Foreman_Host/pulp/repos/default/development/openvas_7_x86_64/custom/Openvas_7_x86_64/openvas_7_x86_64/drpms/openvas-manager-6.0.3-30.el7.art_6.0.4-31.el7.art.x86_64.drpm: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found
When I check the path on the Foreman host I found there is an additional drpms directory:
/var/www/pub/yum/https/repos/default/development/openvas_7_x86_64/custom/Openvas_7_x86_64/openvas_7_x86_64/drpms/*_drpms_*/openvas-manager-6.0.3-30.el7.art_6.0.4-31.el7.art.x86_64.drpm

This sounds like more of a Pulp issue since that is the service handling that level of content.

I do believe it could be a pulp issue. What do I need to post to help out with this.
