Description
When I tried to install the foreman package, I had some trouble:
Setting up foreman (0.3-1) ...
dbconfig-common: writing config to /etc/dbconfig-common/foreman.conf
dbconfig-common: flushing administrative password
and then nothing, it just sits there...
There was an old foreman process running, and when I killed that, things continued fine.

This shouldn't happen for now - I've dropped db-config from the packages. If we choose to bring it back, I'll be sure to test the upgrade path while Foreman is running.
