Description

If a user has a capsule off and kicks off a capsule sync (by promoting a content view to associated env) they will get an error message that isn't too clear http://i.imgur.com/wJ4v4qx.png Something like "WARNING: Capsule Foo is offline and content synchronized will not be automatically populated to your Capsule" would be more informative.
