A fairly common request I've noticed lately:

- User creates strict separation of objects between organizations. 
 - User wants to give someone 'admin powers' over a certain org.

It's feasible, for sure. Just create an 'org admin' role then create a filter for all resource types scoped by taxonomy, and give all permissions to these filters.
However it's very annoying to do that manually.

We can create such a role every time we create a taxonomy.
