Add ability to mass create fake hosts in perfhammer with latest version of Katello & Foreman
Description
Currently the perfhammer script we use to bulk load fake data into Katello does not yet support bulk creation of hosts with the 3.X line of Katello:

in order to do a formal performance comparison between 2.X and 3.X we need to update this script to be able to create fake host records.
