Description

For Katello scenario we need to ship custom values that are extensible/overridable from installer plugins.

Implementation could be /etc/foreman-installer/store.d/ directory containing yaml files where plugins can install content.
We would like to use this store from installer-related scripts so the store should not require Kafo loaded and configured.
