We cache data we pull from proxy and the default cache timeout is set to 3 mins so that we do not make calls to proxy each time smart_proxies/show is rendered. Users may need to adjust this timeout. Consider the following workflow:

1) Try to register host with a bootstrap script
2) Script pauses for user to sign cert
3) User navigates to the certs section of smart_proxy/show page, but new sign request is not visible, not even after page refresh.

User has to wait for cache to expire and then refresh page, but there is no indication when that is going to happen.
