as a user I would like to get UI notification when discovered host fail to register

Description
In the case that there is a fact parsing error, or maybe a known host was booted via the discovery image (and maybe other cases) the import / registration will fail.
as a User, I would like to get more information about it.
This might be also interesting to add to our audit log.

I don't think this should create an audit, which typically tracks changes (not errors), but the notification makes a lot of sense.
