Centos mirror has incorrect url when provisioning a discovered host

When provisioning a discovered host with centos 7.3, the proxy showed an error E, [2017-05-19T13:09:50.524779 ] ERROR -- : Proxy error HTTP 500 (500 Internal Server Error): cannot download kernel for kexec!)
Looks like it tries to use http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7.3/os/..... instead of http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/..... and gets a 404 (Unfortunately I can't copy and paste the error from my host VM)

Your OS is probably set up incorrectly, use a minor version that is available on the mirror (e.g. 7.3.1611).
