HostGroup / Environment missing from WebUI Exports
Description
Running Foreman 1.15.0 and Katello 3.4.0 RC2.
When exporting a csv from the WebUI, "hostgroup" and "environment" data is missing.
E.g.,

Compare this to the screenshot which shows that it is populated.
Also confusing is that the sort order between the WebUI and the CSV aren't consistent.
