Copy Host Collection - unable to set focus in 'New Name' input

Description

Scenario:

- go to Hosts > Host Collections
 select a host collection
- 'Select Action' > 'Copy Host Collection'
 start to type something in 'New Name'
- click the browser to remove focus from that input
- attempt to go back in to 'New Name' to complete the name

Result:

- unable to get focus back in to the input
- had to reload the entire page (all js) to regain focus
