As part of [1], the existing capsule sync was updated to utilize bulk actions. With this, if a capsule sync (e.g. triggered by a content view publish) was to result in a sync to multiple capsules, the use of bulk actions will ensure that if the sync of one capsule fails, the remaining ones will continue.

This feature request is to provide the ability for a user to initiate the bulk action to multiple capsules via the ui (e.g. Infrastructure -> Smart Proxy).
