Cant import or refresh manifest, cant sync red hat repos anymore

Description

Hello,

im having an urgent problem with my foreman 1.15.2 and katello 3.4.2 installation:

When importing or refreshing the manifest i get the following error:

RestClient::ResourceNotFound: 404 Resource not found

When going to Red Hat repositories it says: please make sure you have imported a manifest with subscription

The Manifest and Subscriptions are valid and have worked until recently.

This could be a few different issues, but a 404 from candlepin suggests that maybe it is not running properly. Can you check the candlepin logs for any errors (/var/log/candlepin/)

Also if you can attach or upload to the rsync server a foreman-debug that would help diagnose the situation.
