Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1480229

Description of problem:

confusing Days option given in recurring execution

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite 6.2

How reproducible:

When setting up a scheduled job in monthly re-occurence, the parameter "days" is a bit confusing. In order to run a job on the first day of the month, we have to select "monthly". The confusing part is the field "days" when monthly is selected. Numbers that can be entered should be 01-31 for the day of the month.
However the number "45" (randomly chosen) also seems to be valid.

For example, just now (5.35 PM IST) I scheduled Monthly job with date "45". From task details, it showing "Start at: 2017-09-10 06:35:00 UTC".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register a content host

2. Go to Hosts--> All hosts --> select content host---> select action ---> Run job ---> select Set up recurring execution

4. Select 'monthly' from 'Repeats' section. There is no 1-31 'Days' limitation, able to enter any number.

Actual results:

Able to select/enter any number, there is no 1-31 'Days' limitation

Expected results:

When we select 'monthly' under 'Set up recurring execution', should be able to select 'Days' between 1-31 only.
