Unable to change host's PXE loader

Description
I created a host, epyc, that was set to default PXELinux PXE loader but found the host only supported UEFI. Foreman would not allow me to change the loader to a different value. All attempts resulted in DHCP conflicts. All systems are RHEL7 and Foreman is 1.15.6.
