Currently in foreman, we use user credentials (username / password) in multiple places:

• root password in host
• root password in hostgroup
• username/password in compute resource
• username/password in http proxy
• username/password for REX (to login to a remote machine)
• BMC username / password
• Compute Resource Image default username / password
• other plugins?

I would like to have a credential as a top level object, that can be created and managed as an entity and used in the various places.

For example, for BMC, we can define a default BMC cred set, and reuse it across many hosts.
