Additional Information "comments" view in host "view"?

Description
Currently if you wish to view the additional information/comments on a host you need to "edit" the host to see them.
It would be extremely convenient to have a view of the additional information "comments" from the "host view" page in some fashion. Perhaps below the "owner" field or I suppose an additional tab (Properties,Metrics,Templates,VM,NICs) or button(Audits, Facts, Reports, Yaml)?
