closedUploading scap report fails when proxy is installed on RHEL 6
Description
Description of problem:
The upload of scap content fails with ISE,
- foreman_scap_client 2
Upload failed: 500 "Internal Server Error "
Each time
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a client, deploy scap classes on that.
2. Assign some policy and run foreman_scap_client it fails with ISE.
Actual results:
Fails to upload report
Expected results:
Report should be uploaded
