Description

To recreate bug:

1. create a hostgroup
2. add puppet classes to host group
3. nest a new hostgroup under the first one
4. go to puppet tab. No puppet classes are shown
5. click submit
6. edit the new host group. Puppet classes are shown this time.

We expected that during step 4. the puppet classes included in parent hostgroups to be shown
