Description

Content-Hosts registration page is not populating the path to the RPM correctly.

Actual results:
"Install the pre-built bootstrap RPM. This will configure the host to use this server.

rpm -Uvh http://test/pub/"

Expected results:
"Install the pre-built bootstrap RPM. This will configure the host to use this server.

rpm -Uvh http://test/pub/katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm" (or whatever RPM should be pointed to)
