Description

All of this information is invalid, and we should just point to dynflow tasks/statuses.

Some of this is still being passed to via rabl, so care needs to be taken to break the UI.

There are performance issues with going to pulp to fetch the status.

Note that when removing these a lot of vcr glue tests are testing important functionality with pulp, which likely will require waiting on elasticsearch going away
