If I have a host group that has a location selected

Selecting that host group in the "New Host" page won't update the location

This is on latest develop/master branch for foreman/katello

- Tracker changed from Bug to Feature
- Subject changed from Host group doesn't update location field in new host page to Inherit host location/organization from host group
- Category set to Host creation
This isn't meant to happen, a host group can be assigned to many orgs and locations, but a host is assigned to one. The loc/org selection occurs before the host group and usually should come from the current context instead. Changing to a feature request.
