Description of problem:
Cannot create kubevirt config for virt-who configure plugin via UI

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select kubevirt hypervisor, config name, and Path to kubeconfig file
2.Click Submit

Actual results:
The config created failed, still in current create page.

Expected results:
The config can create success and will go to the Overview Page.
