I'm not skilled enough to submit a pull request, as I'm not sure what more would be entailed or what consequences this feature would create. It appears that in /app/modules/hosts/managed.rb there is a section that exposes owner_email and owner_name to Puppet. I would like to request also exposing owner_id, or whatever field name would best describe the login id of the user from the users.login table in the database.
