Description

overlays do not open (Bookmark dropdown, tooltips, datetime in generate report). When a user clicks on the bookmark dropdown the class "open" is added but then removed immediately

This only happens in vendor 7-8.0.3 (which isn't in foreman) and is fixed in vendor 8.0.4
