Foreman doesn't show any error message when it doesn't reach smart-proxy

Description

Hello,

Foreman doesn't show any message when i tried to edit an host whereas smart-proxy was shut down.
When I click on Submit I stay on host's edition page without any message.
Apache's (I'm using passenger) log told me "Failed to delete the reverse DNS record: Connection refused - connect(2)"

Version trunk's debian package ( commit ddee8d43580dff4b8cca9fd7375682cfe422ace4 )

This behavior has been fixed over the last month. The error messages are propagated correctly now but it is unclear which patch fixed the issue.
