We don't activate autocomplete fields that are laoded in two-pane if there's already some on the single pane page (usually filter above table). This issue prevented filters being loaded in two-pane and blocks us using autocomplete fields in more complicated forms. We should look if there's a field that needs to be activated rather than just detecting any field with autocomplete clear icon. I set this as 1.9 blocker since the fix is there, it's a small change and blocks remote execution plugin that should run with 1.9.
