https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_discovery/pull/207 removed .mo files from the foreman_discovery gem in 4.1.0, but these are used in the Rails production environment. The gem needs to distribute them.

The pox files indeed aren't used for anything that I'm aware of.

Pushed directly to develop, made sure MO files are always up to date.
