OpenSCAP email report doesn't substitute %{satellite_url}

Description of problem:
Email reports for OpenSCAP (literally) display '%{satellite_url}'. The URL is not being filled.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2.0 Snap 8.2
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure email reports and subscribe for retrieving Compliancy reports
2. receive the mail
Actual results:
Summary report from Satellite server at %{satellite_url}
Expected results:
Summary report from Satellite server at my.satellite.server.com
