Description
It would be useful if the params.pp was better able to pick some defaults for
DHCP and DNS ranges/interfaces, perhaps using information from Facter.

In #18538 we fixed the range. We can't detect the gateway via facts so that's still hardcoded.

In commit:f8961bec1a721f04fd25fc7a8c3f0cddf5f8c13c (part of 10.0.0, Foreman 1.20.0) we removed the hardcoded gateway and have no more default.
