Description

After establishing a global default HTTP proxy and then deleting the HTTP proxy identified as the global default, the setting for the global default (Administer -> Settings -> Content -> Default HTTP Proxy) is shown as "Empty", instead of "no global default".

Likewise, any repository set to use "Global Default" will still display that option (with the now deleted HTTP proxy).

After deleting an HTTP Proxy that was set to the global default, the global default setting value should be set to "no global default". Any repository that was set to use the global default should be reset to "No HTTP Proxy".
