On the image, there is currently discovery-debug tool which gives some overview for debugging. There is also foreman-debug now shipped, but it does not collect what we want. Tasks:

• make sure foreman-debug collects output of discovery-debug
• make sure sosreport is installed and works
• optionally add new Smart Proxy API call to collect foreman-debug output on request (and extend foreman-debug on main Foreman node to collect from all discovered hosts and smart proxies which have this API enabled)

The last step is big bite for this sprint. If this is skipped, move to new Feature ticket.
