Description

When creating a new repository, once you have selected type=yum, the tab ordering of the next 2 fields is in the wrong order:

For Type=yum, the current order is:

Name > Label > Type > Checksum > URL

should be:

Name > Label > Type > URL > Checksum

For Type=docker, the current order is:

Name > Label > Upstream Repo Name > Type > URL

should be:

Name > Label > Type > URL > Upstream Repo Name
