Host specific TFTP file behaviour doesn't match documentation

Description

I'm not sure if this is a bug or whether the documentation needs to be updated, but the docs:

http://theforeman.org/manuals/1.7/index.html#4.3.10TFTP

State that stage 8 of the workflow is 'The host-specific TFTP configuration file is deleted.'. From what I can see host specific TFTP files aren't deleted, but are instead overwritten with the default template.

Indeed, the documentation is out of date. It moved to the local boot/default template behaviour you described a very long time ago.
