Add katello-installer customization of mongodb path
Description
The pulp mongo database tends to grow significantly and fill up the root partition. Being able to point this path to a directory on a different disk would be ideal. However, the katello-install mongodb module has $dbpath hardcoded, and it is not possible to override via answers.katello-installer.yaml.
