In a VM's properties under the tab Options, section Advanced - General, is a button called Configuration Parameters which allows to set advanced options. E.g. for Linux VM there have to be set a couple of time synchronization related values. It should be possible to read in already set parameters as well as create new ones and preferably set default values for certain parameters within Foreman.
