Description

For Satellite 6.0 we added a line to the subscription snippet:

"subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-*-rh-common-rpms"

We should remove it and make it downstream-only. This interferes with Katello community users, who should instead use Puppetlabs repos for Puppet, and Katello client repos for the agent.
