Description
When navigation around the documentation page, the latest news section will continue to move up the page until it reaches a height near the top of the page.
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to http://theforeman.org/api_v2.html
2. Click one of the links on the page (v2 link for best effect)
3. Repeat 2 a few times
Actual Results
The latest news section moves up the page. See attached screenshot.
Expected results
The section remains planted at the base of the window
