Description
Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1190902
Description of problem:
i was trying to upload packages to repository and i found it's very slow, also hammer process takes 100% of CPU. it doesnt show any progress, so cant realize if process got hung or it's still running without checking logs.

If this is the same thing I'm experiencing with docker files, then it makes upload of docker images unusable. So I'm very curious why it didn't make the 2.3 cut off.
