Description

Currently user have to explicitly set env variable to allow background processing. Ideally it should be enabled by default and configurable through installer.

An apache directive that user can use is.

SetEnv FOREMAN_TASKS_MONKEYS true

Also this should be documented in foreman_chef manual.
