Description

When reports sti merged in

  1. Migrate existing ArfReport to new ArfReport
    1. Copy metrics from arf breakdowns for reports
    2. Parse XML and extract data for logs
    3. Move XML to be HTML
  2. html is saved as ArfReportRaw
