Job invocation results host list improvements

Description
It should be sorted by name - its currently non-deterministic, makes it hard to view the output for a specific host. If possible, it would also be nice to implement scoped search - filter by failed jobs, hosts in a particular host group, etc.
- Related to Feature #12084: Add default order to host list in job invocation added
The ordering is implemented by #12084 but keeping this issue for scoped search support which will be a bigger thing.
