Update Hard-Coded settings branch for ostree enablement
Description
Basically CDN doesnt have summary file, so when we enable an ostree repo we just add a hard coded branch name that will enable user to sync to and use cdn enabled repos -> Look at https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/5455
We need this issue to get fixed when pulp adds ability to parse summary files and CDN adds summary files to its stuff..
