problems with open transactions stopping host delete.
Description
I have a host I wish to delete but when I try to delete it I get 'Executing dynflow action inside a transaction is not a good idea'.
I did at one point have some issues with trying to provision this host and have a feeling that this may be why the transaction is still open but at this point I can not prove it.

Not being able to delete a host is major problem.
If it were possible to determine what kind of transaction was locking the deletion it might be possible to clear the problem and move on but the error message is vague at best.
