Description

The Debian Jessie package for foreman-proxy should ship a systemd unit file instead of an init script for the smart proxy. This will improve service management.

https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-packaging/blob/rpm/develop/foreman-proxy/foreman-proxy.service is the one used in the RPMs, and should do the job.
