Add ntpdate and ntp packages to discovery image

Description
In our env it's crucial to sync time, even on discovery nodes. For example, in order to run Chef.
It would be extremely useful if this were supported upstream, as the packages aren't big or pull in many deps.
- Subject changed from Add ntpdate and ntp packages to discovery mage to Add ntpdate and ntp packages to discovery image
- Category set to Image
Good idea, go ahead with the patch if you want. You only need to add the package to packages.ks and I think we need a kernel command line option to be able to set ntp server. I also recommend chrony instead of ntpd.
For the option, just modify the systemd unit to executable a helper script before starting the daemon that will modify "pool" option in /etc/chrony.conf (optional).
Let's add chrony there instead, it's smaller and it better handles short-lived instances than NTPD.
