Description

- Install katello nightly
- Install capsule nightly registering to above katello instance
- In UI go to Infrastructure > Smart Proxies
 Click on the capsule just installed, to add an organization

- Observe the following error:

ERF42-5434 [Foreman::Exception]: unknown permission view_katello/kt_environments
