Description

Steps to reproduce:
Edit a smart class parameter with a non-empty default value (e.g. "true")
Mark "use puppet default"
Assign puppet class to host
Go to host parameter tab
Check the displayed value for the parameter

Actual behaviour:
The original default value is displayed for the parameter.

Expected behaviour:
Something indicating the puppet default is used for the parameter.
