Description

Steps to reproduce

1) add at least one content host
2) go to Hosts > Host Collection page
3) create a host collection
4) go to host collection's content hosts tab
5) add a content host to host collection

host collection should still be visible in the add tab

Expected Results:

A user should not see a content host in the add tab when it has been added to a host collection
